I believe therapy can help us navigate our lowest moments and achieve our greatest happiness, whether in relationships, careers, or within ourselves. It gives us the freedom to take chances and break negative patterns. Emphasizing collaboration, compassion, and encouragement, I work with individual adults, teens, children, couples, and families. Relationship conflict, anxiety and depression, trauma and grief are among my areas of specialty. I often work with those driven to achieve — offering help coping with pressure, finding fulfillment, and understanding how past experiences can influence the present in subtle yet powerful ways.
A graduate of Pomona College, I pursued a media career before seeking a master's degree at NYU. My experience includes clinical work with K-5 students and Paris-based study of couple and family therapy. I bring to the process my own life experiences, including those with parenting and career and life transitions.
Passionate about working with others and with a deep belief in personal transformation, I am excited to collaborate with you to achieve your goals. I employ a mix of evidence-based approaches, from cognitive behavioral to psychodynamic, recognizing societal forces and embracing empowerment, strength, and resilience.
