Therapy is a space where people don’t have to face life alone—healing often begins through being heard, understood, and working together toward growth. I work with children, teens, adults, marriages, and families in need of counseling. I recognize that life is a challenge. I bring to therapy life experience and kindness. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and I am particularly passionate about those experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and trauma. Therapy is a courageous step and I love to see the growth as clients take this journey. The gift of listening and caring is the key to good therapy and healing.
I am an EMDR-certified & Lifespan Integration trauma-trained therapist. I prefer a collaborative approach with a person-centered style to adapt to the needs of each client. I am a trauma specialist and love facilitating healing. My experience is with children and teens, couples, and individuals helping them manage their lives in healthy and happier ways.
