My overall goal for a successful therapeutic experience includes providing a safe and trusting environment for you, getting to know how you are doing now which includes a thorough assessment of your history and current symptoms. CBT will teach you to reframe problem(s), allow you to set goals, and work toward solving them in and outside of therapy.
