I have several years of experience assisting adolescents and adults navigate their mental health needs and find healthy balance in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, LGBT, Trauma and other issues. I have worked in various settings; inpatient, outpatient and private practice.
I am a recipient of the Medal of Valor award for my counseling work at the World Trade Center Incident Site in 2001 and 2002 as a mental health professional working with those grieving horrible losses. I have a passion for those who have experienced trauma.
