I work to provide individual therapy with clients in a collaborative way. I see clients from teens through adulthood. I have an interest in working with older adolescents/young adults. I worked for over a decade with transitional age youth in residential setting navigating trauma, life transitions, social stressors and boundary setting. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. In treatment, I use a variety of modalities to highlight the clients' strengths that include, but are not limited to CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing Solution Focused therapy, and DBT skills training.
