I use an approach that combines Ecotherapy, somatic and energy techniques to help move "stuck" emotions out of your body so that you can truly embody what you know to be true.

I am licensed in CO, PA, UT and NM and am able to offer telehealth in these 4 states. My past work history includes work with victims of crime, intimate partner abuse/sexual violence advocacy, suicide prevention and work with LGBTQ+ communities. I am trained in EMDR and Ecotherapy which are my two primary modalities.
