My training has been quite diverse thus I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and needs. I have over 18 years of clinical experience and enjoy working with "systems" (e.g., schools, families, support systems). I prioritize consultation with schools when addressing school-based behaviors such as underachievement, learning disabilities, and bullying concerns. I take a "strength-based" approach, always attempting to work within the clients talents and building from that point forward.
My area of specialty is working with individuals of all ages with Autistic Spectrum Disorder including over 15,000 individual and group treatment hours. My expertise assists with transitions throughout the lifespan including school-age, independent living or assistance with applying for Social Security Income or Developmental Disability Services.

Adult PERT training and support
The PERT Program employs a combination of behavioral analytic, cognitive-behavioral, and developmental relational strategies to promote the development of the basic social behaviors essential for positive and successful functioning in the home, school, and community settings. The goals of the PERT Program allow group members to improve their ability to use basic social skills needed for positive social interactions with others, increase their awareness and understanding of emotional behaviors- their own and those of others, learn basic stress reduction and anger management techniques, self-monitoring and problem-solving techniques, and improve their communication skills.
