My practice is committed to providing quality psychotherapy and psychological services to adults with compassion, professionalism, and undivided attention. Using a collaborative and educational approach we will work together to find the right treatment style for you. While some individuals prefer brief, goal oriented-symptom relief with a focus on increasing coping skills, others are looking for deeper self-awareness, authenticity and intimacy in relationships. I have 20 years of experience and am confidant that I can find the right type of approach that suits your unique circumstances.
I have personal and professional experience with loss, cancer, and trauma. Thus, I am acutely aware of the pain and the healing needed in these situations. I also work well with depression, grief, anxiety, OCD, and Bi-Polar disorders. I provide a shame-free environment so you can grow.
I enjoy providing Christian integration for clients who prefer me to integrate biblical concepts into the counseling session. I have a specialty in marriage counseling and provide workshops to churches. I also provide supervision and training for other psychologists and licensed therapists, in training. I also consult with pastoral staff.
