Are you noticing that you tend to feel anxiety, sadness, panic or worry, especially in response to stress? Let's talk about what you're facing, how you're coping, and what you may want to change. Therapy is a personal process. I will listen mindfully to learn about you as we work together. My intention is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space in which we can focus on moving forward.
Understanding human nature and how we respond to stress helps us to design the path forward. A sense of balance, joy, and greater peace is possible. Mindfulness-based skills, and strategies based on neuroscience, can help you develop healthy boundaries and ways of coping with anxiety and stress, to help you live more intentionally.
If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, or life changes, please contact me by phone or email, and ask for a free 15 minute phone consultation. Looking forward to meeting you!
