I work predominantly with adults ages 21-81. About 20% of my practice consists of families or couples. Common themes for therapy are family conflict, romantic relationships or lack of, chronic illness, anxiety and depression.
Being a Medicare provider gives me the opportunity to work with many client suffering from illness or grief. Younger clients are often plagued with relationship issues, parenting problems. Managing anxiety and depression are components I am a ‘talk therapy only’ therapist, using no workbooks or programs. I customize my therapy to the needs of my clients.
Talk therapy has been my passion since I took my first psychology course in high school. Fifty years later I still love helping others deal with life’s challenges.
