Hi I’m Diane Braman! I’ve provided therapy for more than 20 years specializing in work with adults, and children, adolescents and their families. The pandemic might have exacerbated problems in ways you or your children were already struggling such as with anxiety, depression or PTSD. Many of us are also facing all types of grief and loss as a result of this crisis. Whatever your struggle, I'm here to offer support. I'm offering to provide a safe, supportive space as you and/or your children try to cope with these or other life issues you might be facing. Know that I recognize it takes great courage to seek out therapy.
Many families seek counseling with me due to:exposure to trauma, domestic violence, rape, sexual abuse, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, parenting stressors, child & adolescent behavior problems, school-related problems, immigration separation issues, foster parent & foster child support.
My goal is to provide a safe space for you as I seek to be honest, empathic & collaborative. Sessions are informed by evidence-based therapies & rooted in the safety of knowing that I genuinely want to know & support you in the counseling process. I believe that with guidance people have the potential to heal forward & live healthier lives.
