Are you struggling with stress, anxiety or depression? Are your relationships dissatisfying or unmanageable? This may be due to a lack of boundaries and ineffective coping skills. For the past 29 years I have focused my work on alcohol and drug abuse/dependence and narcissistic abuse and relationship loss/trauma.
I believe through a nonjudgmental, trusting, working relationship and a client-centered, behavioral approach utilizing a 12 Step framework, my clients can begin to develop the personal insight needed in order to create positive coping skills, boundaries and new behaviors that facilitate change which leads to attaining their goals.
I always work towards developing and maintaining a trusting relationship in which you feel understood. Together we can identify and break down the unmanageability you experience in your life.
