At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Our deep understanding of the nuances and intricacies of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preferences. We’ll work to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
I take a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to treating OCD. I'm willing to do everything I ask my members to do, and I work to challenge specific core fears so we address the roots of OCD, not just the branches. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
The more OCD tries to make you believe you're not safe, the greater the urge not to share. The more you share, the more we'll be able to target the core fears OCD is trying to hold onto. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
