My mission has always been—and will always be—to help others achieve emotional wellness and reach their personal goals. I want my clients to know that they are bigger than any stress, worry, depression, or disorder. Everything is figureoutable.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with both children and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including developmental delays and trauma-related disorders. I have specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which I use to support both youth and adults who have experienced trauma. I offer individual and group therapy.
I am also here to help with grief and loss, abandonment concerns, sexual abuse victimization, mood disorders and more. I will provide a safe space and place for you with confidentiality at the forefront and a judgement free zone. I want you to leave feeling better than you did when you came.
