In my 13 years of practice, I have come to specialize in early childhood trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting and family dynamics. I also enjoy assisting client's in examining their cultural/intercultural roots and I am a LGBTQ+ ally.

My individualized treatment approach is eclectic, ensuring techniques tailored to your specific needs, (i.e. CBT, Psychodynamic). Our goal includes garnering deeper insight into root issues and greater self-awareness/understanding.
