Hello there, I am Diana! The focus of my practice has been in the realms of trauma, and also neurodivergence. My ideal client may be struggling with depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders. Additionally, my experience working with neurodivergence for 5 years has helped me gain perspective and expertise for those on the Autism spectrum.
My view is Humanistic and person-centered as I strive to adapt to each individual by meeting them where they're at. Some integrative techniques I use are blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused (SFT), and mindfulness holistic therapies. Goals are collaborative, and treatment plans are customized to each person uniquely.
In a nonjudgmental safe space, I will support you as we work through everyday struggles, sexual identity and orientation, childhood trauma, life changes, relationship disconnection - and anything I can be of help. I hope you allow me on this journey of healing together.
