I believe that therapy should meet the individual where they are within their unique set of circumstances.
The perinatal time presents unique challenges that can sometimes evoke feelings of sadness, worry, fear, anger, loss and isolation. It can be overwhelming and confusing. I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) with extensive training in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, birth trauma, infertility, and infant loss.
