Listening, exploring thought processes, positive reframing, and mind-body approaches including mindfulness, tapping, and brainspotting are the primary techniques I use. Through these techniques, upsetting emotions and blocks start to release. Hope and confidence begin to build. You can feel better. Change is possible.
Like visiting with a friend, our sessions allow us to connect in a space where you can feel safe. If online, you can be in your favorite chair with a pet or a teddy bear.
