I have seen many clients over the years and each one has been a unique individual with their own story to tell. Just as no two snowflakes are alike, no two people are alike. Individuals come to see me for many reasons: Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, OCD, changes in family dynamics and other life changes. I want to provide an open, relaxed, non-judgmental environment that allows you to reach your full potential. Whatever your reason, therapy can be the first step.
It is your therapy and we will work together to help you achieve your goals. I work with individuals, families, youth and teens to: help learn tools to manage symptoms, work through traumatic experiences, explore cognitive distortions, nourish strengths, assist with IEP and 504 plans and understand various ways to work through other difficult situations.
While life is filled with many wonderful days, there are also difficult times that we all must endure from time to time. It is important for me to help you recognize and utilize your strengths to work through these difficult times, to not be a victim but a victor, and to grow as an individual.
