I blend Emotion-Focused and experiential therapy with practical tools that strengthen regulation, insight, and real-world functioning. Together, we ask not “What’s wrong with you?” but “What happened and what does your system need now?”
Healing happens in a safe, supportive relationship. With kids and teens, I use expressive, developmentally responsive strategies to build regulation and confidence. With adults, we bridge the gap between insight and action. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. I won’t rush or pathologize you. I’ll be alongside you as you grow.
