I work with children, adolescents, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, or unsure where to start.

With children and teens, I focus on creating an engaging and trusting environment where they feel heard while learning healthy ways to express emotions, build confidence, and improve relationships. With adults, I help clients increase self-awareness, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in the areas of life that matter most
