When we meet, my goal is for you to feel comfortable being real. You don’t have to have the “right words” or explain everything perfectly. We’ll take things at your pace and focus on what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s anxiety, stress, or things from your past that still feel present.
I tend to be pretty down-to-earth and collaborative in my approach. I’ll listen, ask questions, and help you make sense of patterns or reactions that might feel confusing right now. I also pull from approaches like psychodynamic and person-centered theories, but I’m less focused on labels and more focused on what actually helps you feel better.
Over time, the goal is for you to feel more steady, more in control of your emotions, and more confident in how you handle what life throws at you.
