Evidence-Based Therapy with a Love-Based Approach. As a clinical psychologist devoted to practicing therapy, I value the individual strengths, perspectives and histories of each person. I believe that healing and growth occur within the context of a supportive and accepting relationship. Thus, I am highly attentive to our therapeutic relationship and more importantly, to the relationships that already exist in your life. Our work is tailored to your specific needs, strengths and values. My approach to therapy is relational, systemic, trauma-informed and love-based.
I specialize in providing therapy to families with children with behavioral/emotional disorders, as well as adults who have long-standing relational struggles, anxiety, and/or childhood trauma. I offer individual, family and couples therapy as well as parent/relationship coaching, trauma support groups, and parent development courses.
We all struggle at times in our lives. With support and guidance, from a love-based approach, we can heal, our children can heal, and our relationships can grow.
