I have been practicing for over 45 years and still love the process of engaging with clients who desire to grow, improve their lives, and/or solve their problems through therapy. Assisting people during times of crisis, transition, personal struggle, trauma resolution, and family problems is what I do best as a psychologist. In addition I have worked hard to build a Practice involving many other therapists who have the same mission. My husband, Dave Zachau, who is also a therapist, and I have devoted our lives to helping others and building our community based Practice.
Aside from general psychological practice I specialize in treating sexual/intimacy problems, gay or straight couples, eating disorders,adolescents and families, work stress,depression,anxiety disorders,and OCD. My passion is working with couples of any orientation to assist them when facing difficult challenges and opportunities for growth.
