Looking for a therapist can be a difficult process to navigate, and therapy can be great in a safe space where you can explore your experiences which have led you to the point at which you are seeking counseling. I have a background in working with clients with a variety of challenges, most of which are anxiety, depression, and life changes. Some of the issues may look like work related stress and burnout, self-imposed pressures to be perfect due to social media and family expectations, a loss or breakup, inability to stop ruminating over past mistakes or things out one’s control and getting stuck in negative thinking loops.
When it comes to therapy, there is no “one size fits all” approach but rather an eclectic approach uniquely tailored to fit the needs of the individual. Some of the approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strength base approach. I offer non-judgmental space in which you can be yourself
