I recently completed a 2 day Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy from Postpartum Support International, and I am EMDR trained.
As a social worker, I've been trained in different modalities, to assist in providing you with tools to learn and grow from your past successes and challenges. I have experience working with hospital staff, first responders, front line workers (doctors, nurses) and those impacted by trauma. I have knowledge on Perinatal Mood Disorders and EMDR.
I believe in meeting the patient/client where they are. I will work with you to identify what is most important to you and assist in providing the best tools to assist you as we navigate the client and therapist relationship.
