I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life transitions. I also help individuals navigating existential concerns, faith crises or religious transitions, low self-worth, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to better support clients in processing traumatic experiences and moving forward with greater clarity and peace of mind. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in my work with clients looking for relief from OCD.
I enjoy working with people who are seeking deeper purpose and meaning in their lives. While pain is an inevitable part of being human, we can learn to relate to our pain differently. Through trust, empathy, hope, and humor, we’ll work together to explore your inner world, deepen your insight, and help you create a more fulfilling and authentic life.
