My work centers on supporting individuals as they heal from trauma, navigate anxiety and depression, and move through life transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion. I’m passionate about providing culturally responsive care to BIPOC and immigrant communities, first-generation clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of sexual and/or domestic violence, parents of children impacted by sexual abuse, & those working to heal from childhood trauma.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative, Attachment, Somatic and Mindfulness techniques to create a tailored, holistic experience.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, & collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe enough space where you can show up exactly as you are—tears, laughter, uncertainty, & all.
