As a relational counselor, I attend to how the counseling relationship and connection feels to you, and welcome your feedback. My approach is anti-racist, queer and trans affirming, and neurodivergent-affirming. I am trained in somatic, creative, nature-based, and existential therapies, and draw on these approaches in counseling sessions as well.
I became a professional counselor after going through some difficult things in life and understanding how important it is to have support. I enjoy this work, and regularly participate in trainings and programs that keep me informed and accountable. I am committed to support folks to move toward healing and renewal.
