TELEHEALTH sessions are offered. I am a fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified Advanced Schema Therapist and an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist holding over 12 years of experience working with substance related problems and mental health challenges. I understand the courage it takes to make this first step in seeking help and hope to make it a beneficial and life changing event. I provide a compassionate and comfortable environment and use a variety of therapy techniques to educate and build on your skills and strengths.
I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is supported by empirical evidence to help with a multitude of mental health and substance related disorders and Schema Therapy which is an integrated approach to treat deeply rooted emotional conditions that stem from negative experiences during childhood/adolescent years, amoung several other approaches.
I have experience working with depression, suicidal ideations, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, substance abuse, grief and loss, family issues, physical health challenges, financial hardships and legal problems.
