Outside of work I love to garden and go to concerts.
I utilize an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you explore what works for you. I will be by your side throughout the entire process, supporting you as we work together to explore the root causes of your struggles.
