Hello! I provide my clients the assistance necessary to guide them through their individual journey when faced with single or multiple life issues. I specialize in working with families, adults, children and adolescents to assist them in striving to attain a more functional and stable home environment for all members of the family. I will help you identify your needs, goal, and values to live a more fulfilled life. We can work on multiple issues regarding work, family, or social goals. Your confidentiality is a priority.
I use CBT techniques to help you identify your wants and needs; what you strive to work on to feel better about yourself in the area that is most important to you. We work on identifying your main goals, identify your strengths and abilities that can lead you to achieve your goal. People and circumstances change rapidly and we need to adapt to the changes.
I understand that life may not always be fair, and sometimes we feel we received a bad deal, sometimes others have hurt us or placed us in a vulnerable position in which we could not find a way out of or did not know how to handle it. As a result we may feel ashamed, or angry or mistreated about something that we did not deserve or was not our fault.
