Life can feel overwhelming at times, and none of us were given a perfect set of skills to navigate its challenges. As a licensed mental health counselor, I am passionate about walking alongside people who feel broken, stuck, or burdened by shame, anxiety, or relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported while gaining the tools you need to heal, grow, and thrive.
I have extensive experience in treating clients with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse/dependency, PTSD and many other mental health concerns. I focus my treatment to meet the clients needs and offer support to families. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
My counseling style is participatory, which is the secret of my success with many clients with mental health issues and I have been successful in connecting with my clients on a level defined by them, allowing me to delve deep into their problems and provide well-suited solutions.
