I am here to bring my educational background, personal insight, compassion, and problem-solving skills to work with you on the issues or problems that are interfering with your happiness and quality of life.
I work with primarily with individuals. My areas of specialty are depression and anxiety, and life stressors and traumas.
I am a doctoral-level social worker. My primary focus is on helping my clients with difficulties related to healthy functioning in their home, work, and social environments and with those who are important to them in their lives.
