I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional challenges through creative expression and compassionate support. As an art therapist, I believe that art can provide a safe and meaningful way for individuals to communicate feelings that may be difficult to express with words alone. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or your child, we’ll work together to explore thoughts and emotions using both talk therapy and creative expression.
Using a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, I create a supportive environment where clients can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. Through art therapy, mindfulness, and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques, I help clients process difficult emotions, strengthen self-esteem, and foster resilience
