I applaud you for taking the first and most important step in reaching out for help, especially during these difficult times. The major focus of my practice is assisting adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, whether that is a singular episode or prolonged complex trauma. I also work with Depression, Anxiety, Grief, and major life transitions. I meet the client where their current needs are through various treatment modalities and approaches. I have expertise in CBT, DBT, EFT, and TF-CBT. I only provide individual therapy, so please do not contact me for couples/marital counseling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor(NC) and a National Certified Counselor, having provided counseling in a myriad of settings for 20 years. I also became a Board-Certified Tele-mental Health Provider in 2018, allowing me to see any client who resides in NC.
My 20 years of experience have taught me how to approach my clients with exceptional empathy, professionalism, and approaches to assist you as you work through your trauma history.
