Dr. Diana Cho Kang is a licensed Psychologist and comes to Roots Through Recovery with a strong clinical background specializing in all levels of care in various settings. Dr. Kang has managed and developed several programs for both residential and outpatient programs. Most recently, she served as the Chief Clinical Officer for a nonprofit organization and has treated and overseen the clinical services for clients with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders and personality disorders.
The wide range of settings in which she has provided high quality clinical treatment includes residential and outpatient treatment centers, state hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers with young adult, adult and geriatric populations.
Dr. Kang is certified in EMDR and is a consultant-in-training.
