About
I am providing confidential video calls and in person sessions; a safe place to address conflicts and stressors with a safe person. You may be struggling with depression or anxiety or dealing with relationship and/or self esteem issues. I'm here in Bluffton. It may help to have someone to talk to honestly about how you are really feeling. We will develop strategies together to enhance structure and supports to cope more effectively during this time. I am here for you.
Life can feel very complicated, stressful and overwhelming. You and I will look at your struggle through the lens of compassion and sort things out together to get a fuller appreciation of your story, your feelings, your triggers...so we can create helpful strategies to manage stress in healthy ways.
There is something so healing about having someone to talk to on regular basis while in crisis or as needed during this time in your life. I am here for you; so you don't have to feel like you are going through these challenges alone. I'm honored to support you on your path. So please call and see if there is a fit.
