I'm a licensed clinical counselor with a PhD in Counseling Studies, and training in psychotherapy, transpersonal therapy, energy psychology, and EMDR. My goal is to help you understand the experiences, feelings, and beliefs that are depleting you, so that you can rediscover and develop your strengths and become who you want to be.
As an integrative clinical counselor, I combine psychotherapy with holistic counseling to help you better understand how all aspects of your life—your thoughts, health, relationships, emotions, and job—can work together to transform pain, reduce symptoms, and create the life you want.
