English
| español Welcome! I am a Phoenix native with an extensive history of working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds. My experience includes depressive and anxiety related disorders, mood and personality disorders, substance abuse, SMI, and trauma related needs as well as individual and relationship counseling. I believe in a person-centered approach with the flexibility required to provide each person unique and personalized care to match their goals. Some of my preferred modalities include EMDR, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, ACT, and motivational interviewing.
It’s my privilege to say I have worked at a number of behavioral health organizations in the state of Arizona including community health, private practice, and shelter care. This wide range of experience has prepared me with the tools to support a large array of needs.
Therapy is an exciting stepping-stone toward becoming one's best self. Let’s explore what growth means to you, together! ¡Exploremos juntos lo que significa el crecimiento para usted!
