My passion for women’s health grew from my own postpartum journey and a deeper awareness of the immense mental load women carry today. I strive to provide education and support around how our brains and bodies respond to trauma, helping women cultivate self-compassion, healing, and resilience. My approach is authentic and relationship-centered, focused on creating meaningful connections to support each woman’s unique journey.
I bring eight years of experience as a therapist providing comprehensive counseling services, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
I have a deep passion for supporting women’s mental health across all stages of life. I hold both my Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Social Work as well as a Trauma Treatment Certification. I am an Infant Mental Health Specialist and Endorsed Reflective Supervisor through the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my toddler—often engaging in dress-up, dance parties, and arts and crafts. I value time in the sunshine, movement, and laughter-filled moments with family and friends.
