I work with individuals, couples and families. I work with many people in recovery and individuals who have experienced different levels of trauma ( whether it was by having difficulties in childhood or a specific recent event). Creating a safe space to uncover some of the layers that guard us from our truths is something I believe firmly in.I think our nervous systems are partners in our understanding of ourselves. Thru therapy we aim to grow a deeper self awareness and acceptance of ourselves and those around us.
I am trained in several trauma specialties including EMDR and Trauma/Resiliency Resourcing. I am a relational therapist who partakes in the work. I work WITH you. I value your history. I often see things from a systemic and attachment viewpoint, but am most interested in your understanding of things.
