About

Now is the time to talk to someone! With 25 + years experience as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and academic teacher, I feel confident in my abilities to help you become more of whom you want to be. Whether it's work stress, relationship issues, care-giving, disability, substance abuse, depression or anxiety, it is frequently helpful to talk to a skilled, licensed professional. I am direct, encouraging, and can help you focus on your most important issues.
How do I work? Trained in most major systems of psychotherapy, I use a flexible approach to address your issues in respectful, holistic ways. I am available to work with you for one session, or even several years. Even in one session, you will learn something new about yourself.
I welcome inquiries regarding my availability for tele-health appointments. Due to ongoing COVID risks, I am not seeing clients in person.
