I create a supportive and judgment-free space, in which clients can feel safe to share their struggles, as well as collaboratively work to change unhelpful patterns, improve self-esteem, reach goals, and overcome anxiety and trauma.
I specialize in anxiety and trauma. Working from an integrated therapy approach, I combine psychodynamic, attachment, and trauma-informed models. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy, giving them the freedom to use a wide array of toys to act out and process their feelings.
