I have a special passion for working with those who are seeking healing from relationships, including emotional abuse or narcissistic relationships.
I provide trauma-informed therapy to women navigating anxiety, unhealed childhood wounds, and abusive relationships. In our work together, you don’t have to perform. You can show up messy, uncertain, hopeful, or scared — and be met with deep respect and compassion. I am bilingual and provide therapy in English, Spanish, or Spanglish.
