If you are struggling with feeling as though you are worthless, unvalued, and unloved, if you are an adult with a new ADHD diagnosis, or if you are questioning or deconstructing your Christian faith, I would love to come along side you and help navigate these experiences and the emotions that come with them. I bring a listening ear, a non-judgmental attitude, and a sprinkling of sarcasm and humor to sessions. All I ask is that you be ready and open to face your struggles.

A strong relationship with my clients is my main focus and I believe lasting change comes from working towards your goals collaboratively. I bring with me experience from working in an inpatient and private practice. I also bring a unique frame of reference for asexual clients as I also identify as asexual.

Regardless of what you are going through, you do not have to go through it alone. Recognizing that you need an outside perspective is often the first step.
