I utilize a two pronged approach. 1) I will help you build skills to cope with current symptoms through mindfulness, guided imagery, and cognitive behavioral skills. 2) I utilize evidence based practices including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Attachment Focused therapy to help address the core reasons for the symptoms.
