I specialize in assisting individuals and couples with navigating life transitions, such as moving from adolescence into adulthood, adjusting to married life or parenthood, trauma, crisis of identity or purpose, divorce, loss, career change, and other twists and turns on the road of life. These are events which may be painful, but can offer unlimited potential for growth and self-discovery. I help clients seize these opportunities and use them to create lasting change.

I use compassion and empathic understanding to connect with clients and to create a space where they can truly be themselves. I believe that every client is unique and already possesses an inner wisdom, which outside influences have taught them to doubt or to ignore. I can help you learn to listen to yourself again and rediscover your authentic self.

It can be hard to take that first step of reaching out to get help, and I understand that. You can contact me by phone, text, email, or by filling out the contact form on my website. I also offer more information about services and answers to commonly asked questions on my website. I look forward to meeting you.

Diana Davis's Groups

Postpartum Support Group

According to Postpartum Support International, one in seven moms and one in ten dads suffer from postpartum depression. Nearly all parents struggle with adjusting to a new way of life and the changes that parenthood brings to a family. This support group is for new parents who are wondering "Am I the only one who feels like this?" In our warm, caring, supportive environment you will connect with other parents and realize that you are not alone in this new journey. Educational materials will also be provided to the group to enhance the open discussion.
