Congratulations on making the courageous decision to begin your journey to wellness. I believe mental health is a primary ingredient for obtaining and maintaining happiness and stability. I’ve been in the counseling profession for ten years; and I am a retired Dallas Police Officer who served for more than 31 years. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, bipolar, infidelity recovery and personality disorders. I am Gottman Method Level III trained which focuses on marital and relationship issues, and EMDR trained which treats PTSD, trauma exposure and other conditions.
