I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I completed my Master of Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. I am Spanish speaking and have a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults throughout all stages of life. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, and self-esteem issues. I have a history of working with people of all cultural backgrounds and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. In therapy, I use a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to tailor sessions to each client and their needs.
